The creative minds at the E! Network have open the doors to the world of the WWE Divas… and not just their competitive wrestling world, but their lives outside of the ring.  The cameras go beyond their workouts, their outfit designs, and their rivalries, and for the first time we’ve learned what truly makes a WWE Diva Total Divas. Veteran team The Bella Twins have made the career of WWE more glamorous than ever and we’re super excited to spend time with these spicy kitties to learn more about their careers and the Total Divas show. Check them out:

1. Introduce each other using 5 words or less.

 Nikki Bella: The fierce and beautiful Brie Bella!

 Brie Bella: Outgoing, funny, big heart and very well dressed.

2. What made you both want to be part of the Total Divas show?

N: To make history. To show the world the beautiful and hectic life of a Bella Twin. To give the world the first ever look into the WWE Divas and show them the hard work Divas do inside and outside of the ring as well as focus on being role models and empowering women.

 B: To show how empowering it is to be a WWE Diva

3. What is something about Total Divas we wouldn’t know by just watching the show?

N: All the traveling we do and all the sleep we don’t get.

B: How we are in different cities 5 nights a week

 4. What is it like to work with each other? Is there any sibling rivalry?

 N: I truly wouldn’t want it any other way. My sister is my best friend and it makes work that much more fun! There isn’t any twin rivalry, we actually believe it or not get super excited for each other when one gets something or not bc let’s face if I wasn’t Divas Champion or on a cover of a magazine I would want my sister to be that or on it.

 B: I love it! I have someone I can always vent to. No Rivalry, we’re each other’s cheerleader. 

5. How do you define sexy?

 N: Confident and happy.

B: A woman who is in control of her life and confident.

6. What is the sexiest Hotel? City? Club? Beach? WWE Diva?

N: Hotel: Tower 23- San Diego, On the water, Best Happy Hour and people walk around half naked there.

City: Paris. Club: Bootsy Bellows or wherever my girls are at. Beach: San Diego Pacific Beach because  it gets Bella there!

B: Sexiest Hotel is the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Sexiest City is New York. Rose Bar in NYC. Sexiest beach is Pacific Beach in San Diego with all the Cali girls. By far The Bella Twins are the sexiest Divas, 2 is always better than one. 

 7. Describe each Total Divas girl using one word:

N:

 8. What advice would you give to someone trying to make it in the WWE Divas world?

N: Never give up and never stop smiling.

B: To make a trip down the Performance Center in Orlando and experience NXT. It’s our developmental program. There you’ll know if you can handle our crazy world.

 9. What’s next for the Bella Twins?

N: Rule the World.

 B: Taking over the world.

10. What are your three simple luxuries?

N: Good Wine, Decent Music, and My Man/His Home

B:  My dog Josie, Garden, My family

It’s known for the crazy amount of crime, the Upper East Side, Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Gossip Girl and Sex and the City.  E! is introducing us to another world, another part of New York City that is just as competitive as the fashion world, as cut throat as the crime that roams the city, as polished as the Upper East Side, as sleepless as Times Square, as elegant as Lady Liberty, as busy as the traders on Wall Street and as incredibly dramatic as Gossip Girl and Sex and the City.  World…meet the culinary expertise of the new reality show Playing With Fire! Meet Anna Maria Boiardi, Julie Elkind, Candice Kumai, and Derek and Daniel Koch the cast of Playing with Fire, a new series airing Sundays on E! at 10-11pm E.T. And see what this culinary world of the restaurant scene is all about!

Candice Kumai

1. Describe yourself using only 7 words.

Fun. Witty. Charming. Empathetic. Loving. Honest. Creatively-Brilliant. 

2. What is something you wouldn’t know about the NYC culinary scene?

It’s very, very intimate, close-knit-scene, (almost a club in its own right.) It’s wildly important to be hard-working, to be kind, to have the right intent. You can usually gauge if someone is successful (or going to be) upon first meeting. All of us work like dogs. If you don’t stay at the top of your A-Game, there are thousands of individuals right behind you ready to take you down. Survival, hard work and the right support is key.

3. What should we expect from you on Playing with Fire?

Have no expectations. Drop them. Allow yourself to be surprised and thrilled and captivated by the show, organically. The show is so well-produced with the most beautiful cinematography; the backdrop to the greatest city in the world is just enough to want to watch this show.   

I am a mere writer. I am a solo business-woman trying to make each day count in the toughest-city-in-the-world. I am a former California-surfer-girl, a two-time author, a daughter, a friend, a boss, a client, a lover of beautiful things and people. I am Candice. An artist, a former model, turned philanthropist. I have a massive passion and deep love for food writing and improving others’ lives. I happen to have a “thing” for sunglasses, chocolate and shoes. You’ll have to watch the show to see more. After 10 years in this business, I’m finally opening up.

4. How do you define sexy?

Sexy is merely a perception, a point of view, from any-given individual. We all find different things to be sexy. Anything that plays with my five senses. That to me is sexy.
Someone who reads, is brilliant, funny-as-hell… that’s sexy; Having great arms and abs, that’s a total bonus.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

1. An incredible, cozy night-in with someone I Iove. (This entails: Laughter, great conversation, chemistry, sushi, Champagne, and a bit more to burn off those calories.)
2- Dark chocolate
3- A nice cup of Japanese genmaicha tea (in my own bed), a really amazing book. Reading something that helps me acquire more knowledge to help others. And a call from my sister in London, or Mom and Dad in San Diego. Being able to stay in touch with my family and stay grounded, that’s the greatest luxury of all.

Anna Boiardi

1. Describe yourself using only 7 words.

Nurturing, Creative, Enthusiastic, Passionate, Principled, Deliberate, Wanderlust.

2. What should we expect from you on Playing with Fire?

The balancing act of being an entrepreneur , a mother and wife all while trying to inspire people to cook.

3. What is something you wouldn’t know about the NYC culinary scene?

Something that surprised me was how much interest in learning to cook there is among  New Yorkers – we tend to think of the New York culinary scene as restaurant-based because we have so many incredible restaurants in New York.

4. How do you define sexy?

Mastery is seductive.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

Handmade pasta, Cappuccino from Sant Ambroeus and Imported Burrata cheese found at DiPalos in Little Italy

Julie Elkind

1. Describe yourself using only 7 words.

Creative, driven, bubbly, social, kooky, passionate, competitive 

2. What should we expect from you on Playing with Fire?

On “Playing with Fire” you can expect to see me do everything I can in my creative power to grow as a chef and prove that in my industry age is only a number. You can also expect to see my boyfriend Kyle and I go through the growing pains and pleasures of serious relationship while trying to balance the growth of a serious career.  There’s also a lot of fun! Seeing my friends, shopping for my weakness…shoes…and a new home.

3. What is something you wouldn’t know about the NYC culinary scene?

Things most people don’t know or understand about the food scene is the pressure and the unglamorous moments that happen every day in real life versus what everyone sees on TV  and assumes about kitchens. They are HOT, vulgar, pressure cookers but if you love food and the job the way I do, you love everything about the stereotypical “boy’s clubhouse” that I call my home. Other things that people don’t know are that in my kitchens absolutely EVERYTHING is made by me and my staff. It breaks my heart when people are surprised that I make my own ice cream,  but it is also an eye opener to how little people who work outside the restaurant industry know about what goes on behind the kitchen doors. The best part about people not knowing is the opportunity to teach and educate about the fabulous career I indulge myself in as a chef.

4. How do you define sexy?

SMART is sexy to me. I am attracted to brain power and passionate intelligence. Common sense is also SUPER sexy to me. It seems these days it’s a rare trait to find because common sense is NOT common at all.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

My luxuries: Shoe shopping, beauty days (spa days, hair styling) and running in Central Park and seamless web.

Derek Koch

1. Describe yourself using only 7 words.

Determined, Hard-working, Generous, Restless, Busy, Detailed, Restaurateur

2. What should we expect from you on Playing with Fire?

A real no holds barred view from inside. A better understanding of who I am as a person, what makes me tick, and what it takes to keep my businesses up and running amidst the challenges faced by small business owners across the country and the world. You’ll see both my serious side and hopefully my playful side as well.

3. What is something you wouldn’t know about the NYC culinary scene?

People often see the glamour and the celebration of life when they step in to restaurants. What they don’t see is the years it takes to get to the top. Often I liken it to an iceberg… what you see when you enter the culinary scene is only the tip.

4. How do you define sexy?

Confidence, style and the ability to carry oneself with dignity.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

Good food, great wine and dinner at our restaurant for two.

Daniel Koch

1. Describe yourself using only 7 words.

Creative, Passionate, Risk Taker, Appreciative, Respectful, Caring

2. What should we expect from you on Playing with Fire?

A peek into what it takes to continuously stay ahead of the competition, delivering every creative juice I have while making the client feel like they are all that matters.

3. What is something you wouldn’t know about the NYC culinary scene?

It’s not about “build it and they will come”… it’s create something great, wow the client and keep them coming back for more.

4. How do you define sexy?

Being the best at your passion and making no apologies for striving for perfection.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

An energy drink, my favorite soft t-shirt, central park.

Lisa Vanderpump has not only created an  incredibly,  beautiful restaurant and bar- lounge in West Hollywood.  She has also hand selected a group of servers who are sexy and add  to the ambiance of the restaurant.  Below the surface of all of this beauty is a trench of relationship problems, lost dreams and tense arguing.  Drama…reality style! What else would anyone expect from a group of attractive 20-somethings, working and playing together while aspiring to break into the highly competitive entertainment industry in Hollywood.  Welcome to the world of the highly praised, reality show Vanderpump Rules, on Bravo!

This season, there were fights, name calling, tears, drinks thrown and of course, tons of sex appeal, all at the tutelage of the classiest and sexiest teacher ever, Lisa Vanderpump.  We wanted to find out all of the facts “behind the scenes” from the cast members themselves.  Check out what Scheana, Stassi, and Katie have to say about Lisa, themselves and their experiences on the show!

1. Introduce yourself in 7 words or less.

Giving, loving, friendly, humble, family oriented and trusting.

2. How would your life be without Lisa’s rules?

Without Lisa’s rules my life wouldn’t be as exciting. Lisa is like a second mother to me. She’s always here when I need her and I respect and look up to her. Life wouldn’t be the same without her rules!

3. How do you define sexy?

Sexy to me is confidence. Nothing is sexier than knowing what you have but not being arrogant.

4. What is your life like outside of filming?

Life off camera is pretty much the same. I hang with everyone on a regular basis and when I’m not with my friends I’m with my bf Shay hanging at home, watching tv, sipping some beers, drinking wine, working on music or literally working.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

3 simple luxuries to me are a phone, make up and liquid soap. I hate using bars haha!

Stassi Schroeder

1. Introduce yourself in 7 words or less.

Passionate, assertive, protective, tenacious, loyal…. dramatic.

2. How would your life be without Lisa’s rules?

Well, thank GOD for Lisa’s rules. If I didn’t have her busting my balls and keeping me in check, I’d probably be in jail. That’s a joke…. Or is it?

3. How do you define sexy?

So many things are sexy. A beautiful gown, the heel of a stiletto, the way someone walks, the sound of your loved one’s voice. Sexiness is everywhere. But I think the sexiest thing is confidence. When you’re confident in who you are, there is nothing sexier.

4. What is your life like outside of filming?

Um, exactly the same.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

Face masks, jewelry, wine.

Katie Maloney

1. Introduce yourself in 7 words or less.

Don’t mistake my kindness for weakness.

2. How would your life be without Lisa’s rules?

Lisa has set the bar high. After all she has a long standing reputation to up hold and doesn’t except anything less than par. It offers me structure and the need to maintain a strong work ethic. Knowing someone expects a certain level of discipline and professionalism lends itself to other areas of work in my life. She is a great influence!

3. How do you define sexy?

For me sexy isn’t the obligatory way of dress or a specific action. It’s some innate in all of us that we have to hone in on. I think confidence is very sexy, but not cockiness. My boyfriend for example is someone who is so comfortable in his own skin. He has such a huge sense of self. He also makes me laughter. A witty sense of humor is uber sexy.

4. What is your life like outside of filming?

It’s pretty much exactly what you see! I hang out with everyone on the cast daily. Obviously you see me at work as well. That’s what I love about our show, it really IS our lives and the audience really has a voyeuristic point of view watching.

5. What are your three simple luxuries?

Well, being not being the most luxurious person, or not being able to afford a luxurious lifestyle. I find luxury in simple things such as, a good bottle of wine, my boyfriend bringing me breakfast in bed and the occasional pampering I can give myself.
