The iconic hotel chain celebrated it’s official Miami residence during the last three days of Miami Music Week. ME Miami partnered with Urban Junkies, Pacha Ibiza and Café Mambo Ibiza to celebrate the brands expansion. Located on the 14th floor, the luxury lifestyle hotel has a main pool and infinity-edge lap pool with views of the bay, surrounded by sunbeds and cabanas… all while Ultra Music Festival lights up the sky a few blocks over.
The music was sexy (Jasper James, Hot Since 82, Guy Gerber, Lauren Lanem, La Fleur), The people (of course) was sexy, the place (everything!) was sexy, and so was the vibe and energy. What’s more exciting? We now have a 2nd place to crash in Miami! ME Miami is incredible and can for sure host a killer party!
The ‘Oh yes-Oh yes!” King of house, Carl Cox is joining the massive Resistance lineup and brings the Resistance experience to the internationally famous Ultra Music Festival Megastructure for two out of the tree festival days!

Cox is known for his progressiveness in music, showmanship and ability to evolve the music industry and while he continues to do so, he adds to his musical catalog a partnership with the Resistance experience. Since last February, Carl Cox has been hosting many of the Ultra Worldwide Resistance stages, making Ultra Miami 2017 the biggest one thus far. Excited? you should be!! Want to attend Ultra? Ultra Music Festival GA tickets are sold out and VIP is close… so what’s more exciting than knowing you’re going? The phase two lineup announcement! Joining those announced during Phase One will be headliners (in alphabetical order) Adam Beyer, Chase & Status, Cypress Hill, Galantis, KSHMR, Rabbit in the Moon, Seth Troxler, Zedd and ZHU. Beyer himself is set to headline RESISTANCE powered by Arcadia Spectacular’s vaunted SPIDER stage, while Galantis and Zedd will each take up their customary spots on Ultra’s Main Stage. The other headliners announced in Phase Two, including KSHMR who has been booked for a very rare live performance, will each take their turn to perform on Ultra’s prized LIVE stage, which takes over the legendary Amphitheatre inside Bayfront Park. Ok Ok, this is great, for sure is great… but we just have to say it: We’re sad Kaskade wont be in Miami this year :-(.
UMFM 2017 Phase 2 Lineup
Phase Two sees DJs from just about every genre imaginable added, with Alan Walker, Datsik, Fedde Le Grand, Ferry Corsten pres. Gouryella, GTA, Martin Solveig, Malaa, REZZ, Robin Schulz and Tchami among the plethora of names set to bring their talents to the World’s Premier Electronic Music Festival this March.
The RESISTANCE lineup is officially complete with the likes of Jackmaster, Marcel Dettman, Maya Jane Coles, Patrick Topping and Stephan Bodzin among those who will join Beyer on the Arcadia Spider across the weekend. Last but certainly not least, the legendary brand that is Space Ibiza will bring their new Space on Tour concept direct to Miami, as they take over the SPIDER on Saturday March 25.

We’ve created a habit… Introducing beautiful people to the world of festivals and electronic music. You would think that by now, late 2016, anyone under the age of 30 would at least been to a festival that presented multiple DJs on different stages or days. Well, not all and we’ve been fortunate enough to treat our friends to a over the top festival experience! We took our doll Jesi to Haunted Fest. Kaskade was closing the night down, so we were overly excited! Before him was Marshmello and Jesi and BF, our forever intern Juan Paredes, were super excited to see him. So it was a great combo.
The warehouse space made the night feel like an original rave, the ones that were underground and only a few people knew about but were always packed. The crowd, however, made it feel like “welcome the graduating class of 2016 from such and such high school”… it was a little young,BUT! it was also Halloween weekend, so we got to see lots of fun costumes! We arrived at the end of Party Thieves set, Anna Lunoe followed and man! were we excited to hear someone new. 1st time checking her out and we gotta say it, she rocked it! Her ability to blend hardcore dubstep with some contemporary trap while dropping top 10 electronic beats was refreshing and sexy. Not to mention that a British accent makes anything extra sexy! Marshmello was great and Kaskade killed it. Kaskade is our happy place so anywhere he goes, we go! Over all the night was great, the party was crazy and the music was dope… Haunted Fest, you get a solid B+ from raannt!

Just a few more days guys! Just a few more days until we throw on our costumes and hit one of the hottest Halloween shows of the Midwest: Haunted Fest 2016 in Columbus, OH! We’re not kidding the festival has gotten so much attention it’s become a two night rager instead of one nighter.
Friday Night, October 28th, the main stage will be set on fire by CID, Party Thieves, Anna Lunoe, Marshmello & Kaskade plus a silent disco featuring local artist… We love us a silent disco! Maybe not as much as we love Kaskade, but we love us a silent disco!!
Saturday Night, October 29th, the main stage will be taken over by Corrupt, San Holo, Brillz & Galantis and of course the silent disco will be rocking out throughout the night.
Haunted Fest 2016 Columbus has designed a set up that will provide festival goers an exciting Halloween experience that is featuring VIP tables and sections, bars, food and drinks and of course, killer music! You guys! North Coast Music Festival was bomb! We tried new music, finally checked out artist we’ve been wanting to see, got to interview TAUK! and even got a haircut within the festival grounds!
Off to NCMF
Sadly, and very much so, we missed out on Friday. Though we geared up on Saturday and hit the road. Our approach was to try new music! It’s a new festival for us and we took this opportunity to dip our toes in different genres of music. We also brought our friend Kayla Noel (Click on her name to check out her music) who’s A) never been to a music festival before and B) is a musician so she gave us a different perspective on the entire performance aspect. The stages were close to each other, but with enough distance that they wouldn’t interfere with each other. The festival had it’s normal row of food vendors and they included an area for merchants to set up shop and sale their accessories. Black Black Moon was our favorite, their accessories were literally so cute, Alex would ware pretty much anything they have!

Saturday:
The festival vibe was great! A little different than what we’re used to, not in a bad way, just different. It’s very hippie-earthy… and not the dirty kind, like these people showered and took care of themselves, very freepeople on a budget. First was the Silent Disco… It’s such fun concept, any time there’s one, we have to go! The music was great and what was awesome about this one was that North Coast had live art happening within the silent disco area. We didn’t stay too long, we wanted to walk around plus the spray paint fumes were starting to get to us a little. We caught a bit of TY Dolla $ign as we walked in, ran to Raury (mainly because we wanted a good spot for Keys N Krates) and loved his set! Great energy, live music, super energetic, we really liked him! Keys N Krates took the stage and they rocked it, really love how they play off of each other and take turns showcasing their strengths. We went over to Bassnectar last, his set was great and that goes without saying, though the crowed was too intense so we bounced over to the Coast Stage and checked out Logic, man we’re glad we did! He’s ability to intertwine different genres of music, in live format, into a cohesive set is pretty unbelievable. All in all, it was a pretty killer start to our NCMF weekend!
Keys N Krates Coast Stage
Sunday was it for us! The day had the line up we were the most excited about: Sam Feldt, Matoma & Zedd while still focusing on trying new musi. We were able to catch a bit of TAUK‘s set, we interviewed the band so really wanted to get the vibe of them on stage (Check out the interview here). Their music is energetic and thee really exude passion, they’re going on tour this fall, so make sure you check them out! We hopped over to the Heineiken tent and played up in the cool air while listening to some dirty house ghettotek thumps dropped by Gant Man and after ran over to Jessie Royal for some inspiring music! After missing Sam Feldt at Ultra Music Festival back in march, it was important to us to catch his set. This dude is awesome! He brought a live saxophone player out on stage to play along some of his tracks! Sam Feldt, you’re killer and we’re obsessed! The rest of the night was great! Matoma was fun as always and ZEDD was incredible! It’s a little hard to beat his Ultra production, but he brought the house down! He was a great way to close a great weekend!
Ok!!! so here’s really what we loved THE MOST! American Crew set up an old fashion style barber shop within the ground of the festival! Like, mirrors, fans, two barber chairs, two stylists, products and all! The cuts were free and if you shared a before and after using @AmericanCrew #BlueSuedeBarberShop you got a free product! Matthew Pigula did Alex’s hair, this guy can cut some hair! American Crew & North Coast Music Festival, you guys earned some extra cool points!!!
