Gay YouTube Videos!

For the last two years we’ve watched literally every major gay channel on YouTube.  As you may have seen, and will continue to see, we’ve begun interviewing some of our favorite YouTubers like Tyler Oakley, Joseph Birdsong and Gregory Gorgeous.  We have tons of favorite heterosexual YouTubers as well, like Jenna Marbles, Glozell(who we interviewed) and many others.  Although we’ve tried our hand at videos and received a small following, we are still looking for our niche and working on gaining subscribers.  (Check out our YouTube channel HERE…hint, hint!)

For the past several years, people have suggested we film our life behind the scenes and show exactly what it is that happens with our celebrity interviews and how we make our relationship work…or not work as some footage may show. Having considered this we’ve decided to record random moments of our lives, behind the scenes, throughout the week and post a weekly “reality show” on Mondays.  We promise not to edit out the good stuff and based on our motto “Be Yourself.  Be Fearless”, we promise to expose the inter-workings of our lives.

The Versace Men’s Spring/Summer 2013 Collection

Versace is not trendy, fashionable, nor classic or elegant – Versace is in your face money; unreal amounts of money.  This year the fashion forward minds behind the brand put together an incredible show – from the opening to the suits, belts and shoes and especially the models perfectly round butts!

The extravagant opening of the show set the mood for the perfection money can buy these days.  Gold sandals and belts were paired with delicate but yet incredibly manly robes layered sexy underwear on models that represented the Egyptian Sun God era.

The color palette of the collection is nothing out of the ordinary; very soft neutral spring/summer colors with some metallics.  The styling of the collection, however, is where Donatella pulls out all the stops.  Incredible high tops and dress shoes escort the outfits of these models next to pure gold jewelry that can be seen from miles away.  Although we could go without the jewelry, we couldn’t go without the shoes – they are the must haves for next year’s spring break and summer concerts!

DJ Steve Aoki Rider and New Video!

International DJ Steve Aoki is no stranger to the craziness of the music industry, so when his rider was publicly published he tackled the attention the best way possible – with a public response and the release of a new music video.

The DJ explains most of his requests, which most celebrities don’t, on his blog – which includes an actual picture of the rider.  Steve Aoki, being an expert at mixing things, moved forward by releasing a brand new music video.  PR mover or not, you have to hand it to the man…he knows how to make his fans happy and keep the press hungry.

The official video to his brand new single “Control Freak” came out last Thursday showcasing a retro VHS Soul Train party theme – with cameos from Holly Madison, Samm Levine and Steve Aoki himself. These beats join our list of Summer Anthems and dance party tracks! Check the video out and if you like what you hear/see – get ready because a remix package drops today!

Burberry for Milan Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013

The incredible minds at Burberry have a tendency to bring back the classics of British men’s ware and update them with whatever is the next fashion forward trend; weaving a tapestry of classic futurism.  For their spring/summer 2013 collection they’ve done just that – matching classic fitted suits with metallic fabrics that bring a sense of futuristic elegance and trendiness that resemble a classier, more graceful,  version of The Jetsens.   Here are our favorite picks of the Burberry Spring/Summer 2013 line.

Style Eye…Bright Summer Colors For Men!

Every year Pantone publishes a selection of colors that will make each season unique, trendy, and above all fashionable!  Summer has officially started, but these colors have been making their way into our closets and onto our bodies for a few months now – so let’s mix and match these colors together for the best possible summer outfit.

Don’t be afraid to pair loud colors.  The whole concept of these bright colors is to stand out, scream for attention (without having to try too hard for it) and show how confident you are with your sense of style.  Also choose colors that complement each other.  You don’t want to end up looking like a walking box of crayons.

If two bright colors are too much for you, pick a color that you like and match it with a mute color.  This is a bit more conservative but still fashion forward.  The beauty about bright summer colors is that you can match them up with anything and for anything. Feel free to play with what you have in your closet and don’t worry about getting something too extravagant.

If bright colors terrify you but you still want to keep up with the style, pick burnt colors and match them with quieter but still summer colors.  This contrast of colors allows you to fit in with this summer trend while keeping that softer style that keeps you comfortable – plus these colors will make a perfect transition for fall.

Summer is all about trying new things, seeing new places, and making memories that will last a life time – so implement that with your style and color choices.  Remember to have fun with what you wear and if something is “too much” for you don’t be afraid to get creative within your comfort level.

Electric Shock Us f(x)! We’re Obsessed with K-Pop!

Maybe the United States isn’t ready for the K-Pop(Korean Pop) craze, but we are addicted! These girls are absolutely adorable as they dance their asses off in the most unbelievable outfits.  Ok, Ok…the music is a little cheesy, but in a world of economic crisis and downward spirals, we need to have a little bit more fun and these girls bring it! With bands like Girls’ Generation, 2ne1 and f(x), the world is being transfixed into a cotton candy, Alice in Wonder-land of dance-pop craziness! And we love it!

This week f(x) release the video for their single Electric Shock and it has already gone viral amassing over 10 million views.  Check out the video below and let us know what you think.  And can someone please let us know the name of their hair stylist? Their color is sick!

Shia LaBeouf COMPLETLY NUDE in “Fjogur Piano” by Sigur Ros!

 

The director of “Fjogur Piano” by Sigur Ros may be one of the true geniuses of our time.  By exposing the penis of a major, male celebrity, this beautifully, simple song, will be heard by millions.  It is a genius move because the nudity is completely required for the effectiveness of the video, not just a sly way to gain views.

We think its about time some of these hot, male actors start showing their stuff.  If women are required to bare all for the sake of artistic expression and directorial interpretation, why shouldn’t men?  Needless to say, we were extremely impressed that Shia LaBeouf broke down his personal barriers for artistic expression, by baring it all in the new music video for “Fjogur Piano” by Sigur Ros.

In reviewing the video, we thought it was very cool if not even sardonically masochistic and emotionally moving.  At times it was difficult to follow due to the dreamstate unconscious sensuality it portrays. What is the video about? We’re not really sure. But we loved the fine line it painted between obsessive love and great sadness, almost like 9 minutes stolen from the soundtrack of Requiem for a Dream immersed in Icelandic winter purity.

Although Shia LaBeouf’s impression didn’t impress(as most viewers have commented on the size of his penis)his artistic emotions were flawless and we hope people can look past the size of his penis long enough to enjoy the video.  We did…enough to buy the song! Its actually…quite beautiful…Check it out below! (Video NSFW)

Is Calvis Harris’ Let’s Go feat. Ne-Yo…THE Summer Anthem??

Its only June and already this summer has been filled absolutely unbelievable music! At the beginning of the summer we said we were going to post a new “summer anthem” every week until we had decided our pick of the very best.

Adding to the mix is Calvin Harris’ Let’s Go featuring Ne-Yo.  Already #4 on the European Club Charts, this mix is thumping through the clubs both internationally and stateside.  We’re not sure if it will make it as the summer anthem…but it’s definitely a contender! Check it out!

Horror movies define summer.  What would hot, August nights be without boxes of candy and midnight screams with your friends while watching the scariest horror movies ever made.  We love horror movies!
