Fresh off the back of “Blurred Lines”, undoubtedly one of the years biggest releases, Robin Thicke is back with his brand new single “Give It 2 U” and has enlisted none other than Sander Kleinenberg for official remix duties.

Having performed a show-stopping medley on the MTV Video Music Awards that included Miley Cyrus twerking and guest appearances from 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar – this record is hot on everybody’s lips and fresh in their minds. Kleinenberg last released a remix in 2011 of the Manufactured Popstars, but almost a full 2 years later proves he hasn’t lost any of his magic touch. Sander adds Robin Thicke to a prestigious list of remixed acts including Daft Punk, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake and Royksopp and is currently busy in the studio working on new material as well as a brand new live show concept, due to be unveiled later this year.

Can Ariana Grande seriously only be 20 years old??? We just continue to fall more and more in love with her every time she releases something new. She’s gorgeous, she’s sweet, she’s sexy and damn can this girl sing! (Watch out Taylor Swift…your days as teen heart throb might be over!) Florian Picasso’s remix of Tegan and Sara’s Closer has been championed by the likes of Tiesto, and The Crystal Method to name a few. Have you seen it yet? Duh…we’re talking about Lady Gaga‘s new video for her new hit single Applause from her upcoming Artpop album! Ok, we have to admit, as huge Gaga fans, mature monsters so to speak, we weren’t too impressed the first time through. Maybe because we expected something super weird and electrifying. But after watching the video a few times, we fell in love. Not only does she go through about 50 “look” changes throughout the video, maybe a small reference to her constant reinvention, but she also seems to be making nods towards the strong division between art and politics…or in 2013, is there one? Lady Gaga has released her newest single Applause from her upcoming album ARTPOP. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect being that Gaga is always cooking up something new. What we found was the the Gaga we love, bumped up a little to some EDM(electronic dance music) beats and some great lyrics. Check it out below and let us know what you think!
