The boys of raannt are holding open call auditions for go-go dancers and an “emcee” for our upcoming event “TEASE” which will be a recurring gay-oriented theme event at Landsharks in Broadripple. You do not need to be gay to audition or be part of our event. We already have several people interested in these positions but we wanted to extend the invitation to everyone to make sure we find those that are really excited about starting something new in Indianapolis. These are PAID positions.
Dancers will NEED to be the following:
1. 21 Years of Age
2. Be able to dance to high-energy music
3. Be in great shape
4. Not be shy and be able to interact with the crowd.
We are looking for an emcee, who we had imagined as a drag queen/female impersonator, but are open to suggestions. This person should be a “character”…hilarious, not shy and willing to work well with direction. TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM ONLY!!! This is NOT a drag show!!!
The audition will be held at Landsharks in Broad Ripple (810 Broad Ripple Ave, 46220) on Wednesday 1/20/10 from 5-7 and the starting date will be on Monday 1/25/10. Details on the event will be talked about at the audition. If you are interested in either position, please shoot us a quick email explaining your interest. Picture and description of yourself would be great but really we’re just trying to get a count for the audition. If you’re auditioning for the position of the emcee, be prepared to come in costume.
