Not only is the Burj Dubai, set to open on Monday, able to boast the rights as the tallest building in the world, but also as the tallest man-made structure in the world, rivaling out a North Dakota television mast. Work on the Burj Dubai began in early 2004 and was just recently completed. The building will boast luxury apartments going for prices up well past $3 Million. The Burg Dubai will also host offices, a hotel by Georgio Armani, fitness facilities, swimming pools, an observation deck on the 124th floor and 900 residences on floors 19-108. The building’s inauguration ceremony will commence with fireworks on Monday evening, opening Burj Dubai as a community structure for living and leisure to more than 10,000 people!
